I hate this story I’m writing for school.
It’s too short, it’s not my style at all, and I don’t even think I agree with the message my character is sending.
*sigh* Why couldn’t I have wanted to be a doctor? Sure, it’s challenging and somebody’s life is in your hands, but at least it’s black and white. IV goes into vein? Good. IV misses? Bad. Try again.

So yeah, for the next several weeks I’m going to be talking about original characters in fan fiction. In the mean time, keep sending in your questions, so by the end I’ll have a ton of questions to answer and I won’t need a break to collect more as I previously feared.

Why do I always write my most liked stuff when I force myself to write…
…and not when I’m actually in a mood where I ENJOY writing?
Am I just more critical that way? It’s frustrating, especially since this is a change from before. It used to be the other way around. Trouble with the Matter Transporter? Silly junk. Umbrella? Written completely in an emotional high gushing all my love for the film out at once.
Everything people have loved since then? “Well I guess I need to update ______.”
Ugh. I just want to enjoy the things I enjoy again.
Why is it so fun to write Finn as a shipper on deck talking to Holley?
Why? Why can’t I stop?!
